A
RESOLUTION TO CONDUCT
ADVANCE
COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY TRAINING & ORIENTATION
FOR
THE
BARANGAY
SECRETARIES AND TREASURERS,
AS
WELL AS, THE YOUTH LEADERS (SK) IN *2009*, AND TO BE SPEARHEADED BY MR.
DIOSDADO CALUYA
WHEREAS; the Association
of Barangay Captains (ABC) find it very important to train and orient all the
secretaries and treasurers, as well as the youth leaders of 18-barangays of
Piat, in the Advance Computer Technology;
WHEREAS; the need to
computerize the offices of all the barangays in Piat, and, in order to be able
to-abreast and be-updated with the current technological advancement in the
information age;
WHEREAS; the ABC find it very
necessary to introduce and be well-informed about the new internet-technologies
and its-advancement in our day-today activities, more specially, technology and
advancement of our farming industry through FITSC, as well as, for the research
and information of our constituency on advances world-wide;
WHEREAS; the ABC find it very
advantageous to enjoin services of Mr. Dado Caluya, who will spearhead the said
orientation and training program for all secretaries and treasurers, to include
SKs, for all barangays in Piat.
WHEREAS; the ABC find the
immediate need of our children to be-served and assisted-to in this information
age and its-technology, as well as, its-development affecting their day-to-day schools
and youth activities;
WHEREFORE, be it resolved, as
it is hereby resolved on motion of the ABC-President, jointly seconded by the
body in this session assembly; with addition that, it is hereby resolved to
enjoin services Mr. D. S. Caluya, a Certified System Administrator of
Microsoft Corporation, with ID # 2935465, to spearhead the above-mentioned
Training and Orientation for all Barangay Secretaries and Treasurers, as well
as the Youth Leaders (SK)
RESOLVED FINALLY, this
resolution shall be furnished copies to the Office of the Mayor, and the
Vice-Mayor, of this Municipality, for their information and record.
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY by the Members who are present, and who affix
their respective signature(s) below
