The OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR (MPDC) is responsible in the actual preparation of the Town Plan/Municipal Development Plans, and therefore, formulates an integrated economic, social, physical and other development goals and objectives, as well as coordinates and integrates sectoral plans and studies undertaken by the different functional agencies, analyzes municipal income expenditures, patterns and fiscal plans, and initiates the conduct of pertinent studies/researches to evolve plans and programs for implementation. He performs other duties and function as prescribed by the New Local Government Code.
