CeC Takes Pride!!!

The CeC join's the LGU-Piat family in celebrating the 21st Sambali Festival and the Quadricentennial Anniverssary last June 23 to July 2, 2010. The opening ceremony held on June 23 was very exciting. Together with the beauty contestants vying for Miss Piat Sambali 2010, the Municipal and Barangay Officialdom, enjoined the public for cheering and street-dancing guesture. Began with the early morning mass at the Basilica Minore, Officiated by no less than Monsignior Baculi, the whole congregation paraded up to Don Sabas Casibang for a short Program. And, ended with the memorial ballon-release in the air, in a hope that said ballon takes "all-the-bad-luck" up in the air.
After few minutes of welcome remarks from no other than the re-elected Vice Mayor, Honorable Carmelo O. Villacete who, exhorts everyone to take this opportune-moment in joining-hands, no matter how hard and pain the recent election was, "let's move forward progress and development for the betterment and advancement of our beloved Piat," he said.
