MUNICIPAL/RURAL HEALTH UNIT
The M/RHU office is in charge of all health services in the municipality. As such, it performs the following: 1) formulates health measures for consideration by the Sangguniang Bayan; 2) formulates and implements policies, plans, programs, projects, and activities to promote the health of the people in the community; 3) conducts health information campaigns and renders health services particularly during and in the aftermath of man-made natural disasters and calamities and performs other duties as prescribed by law.
