Barangay Poblacion*3 (Baung) is the host of the 3 very important institutions in Piat, Cagayan. It is the most convergence barangay. Every 1st and last Sundays of every month Baung is the busiest place in Piat, since,
utility vehicles are not allowed to park, neither to trip to Basilica Minore, in the event it is a parking place.
*While clean and green is our priority project, in relation to the tourism project of Mayor Nel Guzman -- one the most important project we should tackle is relocating our barangay hall, otherwise, it will erode eaten-down by the river, ..."says barangay chairman Ferddie-B".
